The One with the Unionizing Dwarves

Last year I planned to write a nonfiction book about the systematic gutting of employment law enforcement in the US. When I looked up months later, I realized I'd written a fantasy novel about labor rights instead. The labor bit doesn't show up until Book II, and you really do need to read Book I to understand what's going on. Book I is about 20K words.
